2011 Subaru Forester, the sumos are once again put front and center, striking poses at the gas station, the beach and – of course – the car wash. Subaru says that with the Forester, sexy comes standard, and if this is the automaker's definition of what's attractive, then, well, so be it. Still, these Japanese wrestlers don't hold a candle to Tawny Kitaen.

Subaru Legacy 2.5i 5dr Estate
The Subaru Legacy, one of Japan’s quiet achievers, is getting a makeover. New looks, a bigger body and a brighter cabin feature on this fifth generation of the car, due in the UK this autumn.
The UK won’t be getting the Legacy saloon this time, nor the 2.5 turbo, just as Japan loses out on Subaru’s 2.0-litre Boxer diesel, which will be updated to Euro 5 trim when this new Legacy lands in Europe.

Next Celica to be built by Subaru
Next sports-car coming from Toyota will be built in cooperation with Subaru at Subaru’s manufacturing facility in Gunma, Japan. The future sports car will be designed to younger, sportier consumers. It will be available in two different versions and will go on sale by 2011.
The cheaper version, the GT will be priced under $20.000. It will be powered by a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter Subaru four cylinder engine that will deliver 200 hp.
The more powerful version, the GT-Four will come with a four-wheel drive chassis and will be powered by a 300-horsepower four-cylinder motor.
Rumors are also talking about a hybrid powered version that utilizes Toyota’s i-MEV electric inter wheel motors to drive the front wheels. Toyota also wants the chassis to be released in a two-door coupe or a three-door hatchback.
